We accept returns and exchanges on unused, non-customized items within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached.

Can I order a custom needlepoint design?
Absolutely. We offer custom design services for belts, flasks, and other accessories. Please note that custom hand-stitched items require a lead time of 10-12 weeks.
How do I determine my correct belt size?
For the best fit, we recommend ordering a belt that is 2 inches larger than your pant waist size. For example, a 34-inch waist should order a 36-inch belt.
