At Smathers & Branson, we take pride in the quality of our needlepoint products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items within 30 days of delivery.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Print Your Label

Once your request is submitted, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided through the portal.

Package Your Items

Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and affix the shipping label to the outside of the box.

Drop Off and Track

Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
